Our next assignment was to create a practical Google Form. One that can be used as a teacher or supervisor in an assessment or evaluation. Below you’ll find my example that can be used to efficiently grade a student on reading comprehension.  Answering the form will automatically put it into a spreadsheet which can easily become your gradebook.
